BY ENTERING THIS SITE, YOU HEREBY AFFIRM AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD OR OLDER.

By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.

All Payments are processed through accounts of Net Leverage Pty. Ltd. (ABN: 60101902425).

 

The products on Regency Vapour Lounge are not intended for use as smoking cessation aids, deterrents or to reduce dependence on traditional tobacco products. Regency Vapour Lounge have made it clear that the products sold are intended for use only by adults the age of 18 or of legal smoking age in their home states.

Regency Vapour Lounge will not be held liable for injuries resulting from the use or misuse of any E-Liquid or products sold on this website. The use of all products on this site is at your own risk and by placing an order with Regency Vapour Lounge you agree by this Term.

REVISIONS

The materials appearing on Regency Vapour Lounge website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Regency Vapour Lounge does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Regency Vapour Lounge may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Regency Vapour Lounge does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials. Content found on Regency Vapour Lounge website maybe similar or duplicate to that of which is found on similar websites, the owner or director of such websites may request that the content be removed or adjusted accordingly.

NICOTINE

Regency Vapour Lounge DOES NOT SUPPLY NICOTINE. All of our E-Juice products sold on this website do not contain nicotine.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Each product has different warranty periods. Please be sure to check the warranty periods below. Regency Vapour Lounge does not perform repairs on faulty/damaged products sold on this website.

 

Warranty Periods:

  • Starter Kits - 3 Months (Any other warranty period set out by consumer law will be upheld) 
  • Consumables such as DIY Supplies Batteries & E-Juice do not come with warranty for safety reasons.
  • The warranty period starts once the product has been posted to the purchaser.
  • This warranty does not cover misuse, deliberate/accidental damage or damages caused by wear and tear.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repairs.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of excessive force such as dropping.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage as a result of usage outside of recommended usage conditions.
  • This warranty does not cover merchandise failure or damage caused by improper use of water or other liquids.

If the item is not in full working condition, the customer is required to contact Regency Vapour Lounge and notify the function defects. Regency Vapour Lounge will then provide a return address for the customer to post the product to. The return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All our products except for consumables (DIY Supplies, Batteries & E Juice) come with a warranty period.  Regency Vapour Lounge Faulty items must be sent back to Regency Vapour Lounge once this is investigated, an outcome can then be reached. The timeframe for the warranty replacement process can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks.

By placing an order with Regency Vapour Lounge you agree to the above Warranty and Return conditions.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Regency Vapour Lounge uses Australia Post for all domestic shipping requirements.
All domestic parcels shipped by Regency Vapour Lounge include a tracking number. If no one is available at your nominated shipping address and ‘Signature on Delivery’ option has not been selected, then Australian Post has the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing.

Regency Vapour Lounge does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

All orders are posted in 2(two) business day after payment has been received and cleared.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Regency Vapour Lounge uses Australia Post for all international shipping requirements.
All international parcels shipped by Regency Vapour Lounge include a proof of delivery. Tracking is available as an extra service with an additional fee.

Regency Vapour Lounge does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed to our international postal service of our choosing

All orders are posted in 2(two) business day after payment has been received and cleared. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.

Flat rate shipping is available on both domestic and international shipping.

SHIPMENTS RETURNED BY THE POST OFFICE

In some cases, when a package is returned to us unopened by the Post Office we may be willing to refund the cost of the order itself, however this is at our discretion and does not imply any obligation to do so. In all cases, we will not refund the cost of shipping. Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Regency Vapour Lounge is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. Lost, damaged or stolen packages are very frustrating and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you contact the post office for assistance.

Regency Vapour Lounge does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed over to the postal service.

 

FAILED TRANSACTIONS

Many things can cause a credit or debit card transaction to fail. Typos and incorrect billing information are common causes. Particularly with debit cards, funds are held (by your bank) when a transaction is attempted. It may take several days (7 to 10 on average) for those funds to be released back to your account in the case of a failed transaction. Please be sure all information is exactly as it appears on your bank statement to avoid held funds.

BATTERIES


By purchasing batteries from Regency Vapour Lounge you are accepting full responsibility for proper battery care and usage. The user must know the risks of lithium batteries and should have knowledge of how to care for them, charge and discharge them, and use them safely before using any device or mod. Never leave charging batteries unattended.

SHIPPING BATTERIES

Lithium Ion battery cells (Li-Ion, IMR, etc.) over 4 cells can only be shipped by Road Freight and cannot ship via Air or Express Post.
All battery orders of more than 4 cells will ship by Parcel Post ONLY, please do NOT select Express Post for battery orders of more than 4 cells.
